Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within the timeframes specified below.
2. United States Customers — 30-Day Return Policy
If you are located in the United States, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at bm-ecommerce@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds (US): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. European Union Customers — 14-Day Return Policy
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
To exercise this right, contact us at bm-ecommerce@hotmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Digital products or downloadable software
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at bm-ecommerce@hotmail.com
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it, contact us at bm-ecommerce@hotmail.com.
