Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 5-7 business days
- Rest of European Union: 5-7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-7 business days
- United States: 5-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-9 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g. holidays).
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the product page or any active promotions for details.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. BMTrendz is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
7. Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. BMTrendz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order is shipped.
8. Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, depending on the supplier and stock location. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
